Dickson, Siberia

Many people have asked about Dickson, Siberia, our other sister city. When the Soviet Union dissolved our sister city also was dissolved. We started looking for another sister city and found Herzberg, Germany. The connection has not been entirely abandoned, however. Although many residents of Dickson returned to their native countries and communities, or settled elsewhere, several have remained in touch with friends in Dixon.
