All Illinois Agri-Women, women of agribusinesses, supporters of Women Changing the Face of Agriculture, and guests are invited to Diversity in the Workplace workshop presented by Tamara Craig-Schilling, Monsanto, on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Hilton Garden in Champaign. The September meeting of the Illinois Agri-Women will be held September 8-9 in connection with the Women Changing the Face of Agriculture Diversity in the Workplace Workshop.

Diversity in the Work Place Workshop:
Presented by Tami Craig-Schilling, Monsanto
During the program, we’ll explore the realities of working in an industry occupied by both men
and women, and discuss the opportunities to use our innate and developed female capabilities to
our advantage in building our business and personal reputation.

IAW Meeting
IAW will host a reception for all members and guest at the conclusion of the workshop. All
members and guests are encouraged to join us the next day for the IAW September meeting.
