MISSION

The River Valley Health Care Council is a group of concerned non-provider employers dedicated to promoting the delivery of quality health care at a reasonable cost.  The council also provides a medium for its members to exchange information, ideas and experience, and to encourage preventive medicine and wellness education for its employees and the community.

PURPOSE OF THE COUNCIL

As health care continues to become a  rapidly growing, industry, the cost associated with health insurance also increases. The council strives to provide quality health care for its employees at an affordable cost. The delicate balance between the two can only be accomplished by the employers in the area having a central focus of insuring that the cost remain low for the employer and employee, but maintaining the high standard in quality health care.
