1872 Whiteside County Plat Maps
All Township Plats, Cities and Villages reproduced from the 1872 Whiteside County Atlas and Index.

The 1872 Whiteside County Atlas and Index (View Here) has been one of the historical museum's best sellers simply because it contains a Name/Landmark Cross Reference to property and sites, however, individual township maps themselves are quite useful and we reproduce them here to assist in your research. Genealogist and historians doing in depth studies of Whiteside County are encouraged to purchase the Atlas and Index for a more detailed Index reference or visit our facilites.

If planning a personal visit to research a specific topic, please call ahead and let us know the date, estimated time of arrival and area of interest. Our giving the matter some prior consideration might save you time and make your research that much more pleasant. The hours of the museum are listed below.

Click on the desired Township to view the plat map. Most browsers will also permit you to further adjust your zoom level up or down to make the maps easier to read.
