Ca.1929: Stone School, Jordan Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, with Harry and Wilma Breiding sitting on steps. Miss Breiding, born in 1914, was to become Mrs. Gunnar Benson. The school was built in 1869 and operated for eighty-six years until 1955.
